Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from returns, including:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at customercare@shopbeaucoup.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  • Step 2: We will respond with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Step 3: Send the item back using the provided shipping label. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
